Deputy Controller of Fire (DCF), CONPASS 14

Job Details:

  • To fill an existing high-level Mid-Management position within the Federal Fire Service.
  • Exercise authority commensurate with a high-level rank (CONPASS 14).
  • Contribute to the strategic leadership and operational effectiveness of the service.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be an employee from Federal, States, or Local Governments’ Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
  • Minimum height of 1.65 metres for Males and 1.60 metres for Females.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
  • Must possess a Medical Certificate of Fitness from a Government recognized hospital.
  • Must be free from any financial embarrassment.
  • Personnel of the Paramilitary Services are not eligible to apply.
  • Mandatory Documents to Submit:
    • Letter of Identification from his/her Local Government of Origin.
    • Evidence of Confirmation of Appointment.
    • Three (3) years APER/PMS (Annual Performance Evaluation Report/Personnel Management System), as applicable.
    • Certified True Copy (CTC) of Record of Service.
    • Certified Criminal Record.
    • Copy(ies) of letter of previous appointment(s).

Assistant Controller of Fire, CONPASS 13

Job Details:

  • To fill an existing senior Mid-Management position within the Federal Fire Service.
  • Exercise authority commensurate with a senior rank (CONPASS 13).
  • Contribute to the operational and administrative functions of the service.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be an employee from Federal, States, or Local Governments’ Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
  • Minimum height of 1.65 metres for Males and 1.60 metres for Females.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
