Job Details:

  • Ensure smooth trip fulfillment by confirming pilot readiness and vehicle availability, monitoring live trips, and escalating issues promptly.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate trip data, enforcing timeliness standards, supporting pilots throughout the trip lifecycle, and ensuring all incidents are escalated correctly for fast resolution, thereby ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Engage with users who have completed the registration process but have not yet made their first trip booking.
  • Conduct various outbound campaigns as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  • HND/Bachelor\’s Degree
  • Must be posted to Lagos for your NYSC service year
  • Must have a personal laptop
  • Impressive written and spoken communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and voice to different social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure
  • Intermediate expertise level of spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) capability

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
