Training & Empowerment Programme (STEP) is a 12-week workplace readiness program designed to equip young professionals with practical, execution-focused skills in technology, operations, growth, and product. STEP combines structured training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and real-world projects to prepare trainees for the modern workplace.
