Job Details:
- To proactively promote a relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment, through the provision of banking solutions that meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.
Essential Functions
- Acquire and open new accounts and cross-sell additional products and services in line with customer needs by identifying and referring sales leads to other business stakeholders (e.g., Vehicle and Asset Finance, Electronic Banking, Card, Home Loans, Digital Channels, Enterprise Banking, etc.).
- Conduct a financial needs analysis with all new and existing customers to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet the customer’s needs and priorities (in line with Financial Advisory and Intermediary Service Act license categories).
- Contact potential and existing customers from leads received / campaigns in order to sell product offerings.
- Educate customers with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans, cash, etc.), credit maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders and cheque payments, etc.).
- Establish, build and strengthen relationships with customers based on mutual respect, in order to retain customers and gain word-of-mouth referrals. Places equal emphasis on liability generating (non-borrowing) and borrowing customers.
- Grow the Executive Banking new to bank customers, balance sheet and income statements in line with business strategic objectives. Increases branch advances by responsible lending practices.
- Maintain, entrench and grow each client relationship on an annual basis and manages the risk per client to ensure contestant growth in portfolio and returns to the bank.

Job Details:
- Develop a compelling digital platform and eCommerce strategy for the country in partnership with PPB Group and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. Technology, Segment, Product). Accountable for the achievement of the financial and non-financial outcomes required for Digital and eCommerce country in line with PPB requirements and in close collaboration with Innovation and Platform enablers.
- Accountable to drive engagement and usage of relevant digital assets and eCommerce platform and value-adding products and services for a client life journey. Optimise digital platform financial metrics (cost per user, cost of build, cost of maintenance) and eCommerce financial metrics (cost per click, SEM, SEO). Develop platform metrics illustrating flow, developer experience and client experience.
- Build and maintain platform standards (in conjunction with group capabilities) such as design libraries, authentication patterns and development and deployment patterns.
- Conduct client sensing in order to improve understanding of client needs and continuously scan the external environment in order to keep abreast with new developments in partnerships, business and technology.
- Accountable to lead the team to build and execute strategies for increased digital interaction, habit creation, engagement states and commercialisation.
- Define the Digital and eCommerce, country Risk framework and appetite in alignment with segment, country and Risk objectives.
- Develop an appropriate platform DevOps (Always On), Always secure and platform as a service strategy.
- Develop and implement processes of sourcing ideas, building prototypes and scaling the prototypes on platforms; and ensures that funding is managed through a disciplined gated process.
- Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the Digital and eCommerce country capability from any untoward event.
- Drive and entrench a consistent client experience and interaction through all engagement platforms.
- Drive scale and usage of relevant digital assets and eCommerce platform when relevant and value-adding to a client life journey.
- Enable integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain to deliver for the client.
- Ensure adherence to risk framework, appetite, risk control procedures, governance and risk toolbox. Ensure first line risk accountabilities for digital and ecommerce are carried out.
- Ensure satisfactory audits and ensures that there are no repeat unsatisfactory findings as gauged by operational losses.
- Follow the parameters of the key trade off decisions at client level (i.e. risk appetite, pricing etc.).
- Leverage client analytics and data to inform changes in the value proposition, priorities and building of client relationships.
- Provide internal services (API’s, knowledge, tools, usability) which are arranged as a compelling internal product that enable customer solution and segment teams to deliver digital customer features at a higher pace and with reduced co-ordination. Treat the platform as a compelling internal product.
- Together with PPB Group and Technology, manages digital assets, from an experience (both developer and customers) and eCommerce perspective, defines the digital customer experience (CX); digital analytics; always on, always secure, DevOps and digital content strategy, as these contribute to, and have an impact on, the success of the digital and eCommerce capability and strategy.
