Job Details:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a confident and persuasive tone, and prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
Job Requirement:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
