Job Details:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to continuously enhance support quality.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in the NYSC program and actively seeking a place of primary assignment.
- Strong flair for customer relations, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
