Job Details:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. will assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience togrow within the Human Resources field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
