NNPC/Chevron Scholarship Details:

The NNPC/Chevron Scholarship is offered as a joint venture between Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) in collaboration with its Joint Venture (JV) partner,  the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

The two organizing companies are offering a number of  University Scholarship Awards to suitably qualified Nigerian students from all States of the Federation.

The scholarship program is a major component of Chevron’s strategic social investment in the development of education in Nigeria.

Past-to-Pass-WhatsApp-Group-1 NNPC/Chevron Scholarship 2025 For Nigerian Undergraduate Students

NNPC/Chevron Scholarship Requirement:

To be considered for the NNPC/Chevron Scholarship, you must:

  • Be a full-time, SECOND-YEAR (200 LEVEL) degree student studying any of the under-listed courses in Nigerian Universities  
  • Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 in a 5.0 grade system or the equivalent in other grade systems. 
  • Have a minimum of six O-level credits in one sitting.  

The NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture also offers scholarships specifically to blind/visually impaired SECOND-YEAR (200 LEVEL) degree students studying any course in Nigerian Universities.

  • Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in a 5.0 grade system or the equivalent in other grade systems. 
  • Have a minimum of five O-level credits.  

Document Requirements for NNPC/Chevron Scholarship:

  • Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents
    • Passport photograph not more than 6 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
    • School ID card
    • Admission Letter
    • Birth Certificate 
    • O’ Level Result
    • JAMB Result
    • Local Government Area Letter of Identification
  • Ensure the documents are named according to what they represent to avoid mixing up documents during upload
  • Ensure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload

NNPC/Chevron Scholarship Rewards:

  • The Bode Amao Foundation Scholarship will provide full scholarships to selected candidates as well as an amount of N100,000 per year until graduation. 
  • The award is per beneficiary per academic session and is active throughout the course of study as long as the high acedemic execellence must be maintained.

How to Apply for NNPC/Chevron Scholarship

To apply for the NNPC/Chevron Scholarship 2025 For Nigerian Undergraduate Students, interested and qualified candidates should;

  • Click the link to visit the application page.
  • Click on “Apply Now” tab, create, verify, and log in to an account.
  • Return to the Scholarship site and enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
  • Enter your personal information, National Identification Number, educational information, other information and upload required scanned documents.
  • Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order. 
  • Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.
  • When asked to upload photo, upload a passport photograph with a white background.
  • Recheck application information to avoid errors.
  • You will receive a notification displayed on the screen and via email that you have successfully applied. To confirm Check “My application” under “My account” section on your profile account.
  • Note: Multiple applications may attract a disqualification penalty from the Scholarship board
