Job Details:
- Are you a Corps Member seeking a PPA in the field of surveying or estate management?
- Are you passionate about real estate, land development, and property evaluation?
- Then this opportunity is for you!
- We are currently looking for a motivated and intelligent Graduate Surveyor (NYSC) to join our team and support field operations, property inspections, and documentation efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in land and property surveys, inspections, and data collection
- Support the preparation of survey plans, reports, and technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and supervise measurement activities
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of projects
Job Requirement:
- Must be a current NYSC member seeking PPA placement
- Must have a degree in Estate Management, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field
- Eagerness to grow and build a professional career in the real estate/surveying space
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site as needed
- Basic knowledge of land documentation, title processing, or AutoCAD/GIS is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
