UBA Aptitude Test Questions Format
The UBA Aptitude test is designed to evaluate candidates’ verbal and numerical reasoning. The exam is conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), where candidates answer 100 questions in 60 minutes.
The Test contains questions in numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and Diagrammatic Reasoning. You are expected to answer 25 questions from each.

The application process for the UBA Graduate Trainee Program includes several important stages, such as the aptitude test and interviews. You must successfully complete each stage of the UBA recruitment process, as failing to pass any one of them will disqualify you and prevent you from being invited to the next stage. Here are the stages
1. Online Application
The recruitment process begins with the Online Application, where candidates submit their personal details, academic records, and professional experiences. This stage serves as the initial screening to ensure applicants meet the basic eligibility criteria for the Graduate Trainee Program.
2. Aptitude Test
Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Aptitude Test, which evaluates their numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills. This standardized assessment helps UBA identify individuals with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving potential.
3. Cognitive Test
The Cognitive Test measures candidates’ critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptability under pressure. It assesses how well applicants process information, solve complex problems, and apply strategic reasoning—key traits for success in the banking sector.
4. Case Study Assessment/Interview
In this stage, candidates face a Case Study Assessment or structured interview, where they analyze real-world business scenarios. This phase tests their ability to think on their feet, communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership potential in a dynamic environment.
5. Executive Chat
The final stage, the Executive Chat, involves a high-level discussion with senior UBA executives. This evaluates candidates’ alignment with the bank’s values, vision, and long-term goals, ensuring they are a cultural and professional fit for the organization.
