Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has opened its Post-UTME screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are now being accepted for candidates who chose FUOTUOKE as their first choice in UTME.
Admission is through the UTME, and only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for admission.

Every applicant must provide the following:
- A completed application form
- Copy of your O-level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or IGCSE)
- JAMB result slip (with at least 150 score)
- Recent passport photograph (JPG)
- Local Government ID letter (PDF)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)
Eligibility Requirements for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form:
To qualify for the FUTOKE Post UTME Screening, you must:
- Choose FUTOKE as your first choice in Jamb
- Score at least 150 in the 2025 UTME
- Have five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
- Earn these credits from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Use no more than two sittings
These subjects must match your UTME combination. Make sure your results are ready before applying.

You will pay a ₦2,000 application fee for the FUTOKE Post UTME Form for the 2025/2026 Admission.
Screening Test Date:
- Date: Thursday, 21 August 2025
- Time: 9:00 am prompt
- Venue: College ICT Hall, Bishop Shanahan Specialist Hospital, Nsukka
Bring these items to the screening:
- Printed application slip
- Change of institution slip (if you switched to the college on JAMB)
- Proof of payment
- Copies of academic credentials

How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form:
To apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form for 2025/2025 Admission, follow these steps:
- Go to the FUOTUOKE application portal.
- Pay the ₦2,000 application fee using a Verve or Mastercard debit card. The fee is non-refundable.
- Prepare and upload the following:
- Recent passport photograph (JPG)
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result (PDF)
- Local Government ID letter (PDF)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)
- For those using two O’Level results, include scratch card details for both.
- Use a working email and phone number. They’ll be your contact points. If either fails, the school will not be held responsible.
Important Notice:
- If you lie about your UTME score, O’Level grades or state of origin, you won’t be considered.
- If your O’Level results aren’t on JAMB CAPS, your name won’t come up for admission.
