Job Details:

  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond promptly, efficiently, and satisfactorily to customer inquiries and issues across email, phone, and social media.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience, and provide actionable feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover patterns and insights, using these findings to inform customer relationship management (CRM) strategies 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and product development teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Support customer retention initiatives, including tailored marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback, identifying areas for product or service enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and CRM best practices to continuously optimize processes

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer relationship roles 
  • Proven experience developing and executing customer relationship strategies that drive satisfaction and retention 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze customer data and apply insights to improve experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across internal teams 
  • Ability to use ERP, advanced Excel to analyze data
