Job Details:

As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key cards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange.
