Job Details:
As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key cards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange.

Job Requirement:
- 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in hospitality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in hospitality or customer service (desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial).
- Proficient in hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Certification in customer service or hospitality.
