Job Details:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy HR Graduate Traineeto join our team. As an entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, support our HR team, and develop valuable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or HR process improvements.
- Assist with employee data management, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the recruitment team in various tasks.
- Utilize Excel to track HR metrics, create reports, and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Familiarize yourself with our HR systems and software.
- Assist with HR-related technical tasks and troubleshooting.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
