Job Details:
- We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to develop, grow, and nurture our online and offline communities.
- The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our brand and our audience, ensuring that members feel heard, valued, and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that foster growth, loyalty, and positive interactions.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to community members across social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces.
- Create and manage engaging content tailored to community needs and interests.
- Gather feedback, track sentiment, and share insights with internal teams to improve products, services, and communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with brand goals.
- Manage crisis communication and resolve conflicts within the community in a timely, empathetic manner.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage authentically.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community management software.
- Creative mindset with excellent content writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with community-driven platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram).
- Background in customer support, PR, or social media management.
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for building meaningful connections and supporting a vibrant community.
