Job Details:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules.
- Support recruitment processes — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and payment of office supplies and services.
- Prepare and process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Organize company meetings, trainings, and staff events; record and circulate minutes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory HR regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support management with HR reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Job Details:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including: Accounts Receivable Management; Accounts Payable
- Management; Payroll Processing; Cash Administration; Non-Current Assets
- Management; Accounts Maintenance and Vouchering; Bank Reconciliation and Statement Audit; etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day to day finance and accounting operations.
- Administers payment transfers through the bank.
- Manage cash advances and reconcile retirements.
- Prepare and audit bank reconciliation statements for all corporate accounts.
- Maintain the non-current Assets Register and process depreciation, addition and disposals.
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and other management reports.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with internal controls.
- Review purchase orders and payment vouchers for jobs executed by the company.
- Prepare reports on receivables aging and advise management on follow up actions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Prepare special financial reports as required by management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACA) is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 per month.
