Job Details:
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is adequately stocked.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for MD
- Compile and distribute statistical, financial, and other reports as required.
- Track project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding organizational services.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile receipts and prepare payment requests.
Job Requirement:
