Job Details:
- We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our legal team.
- The successful candidate will assist lawyers with administrative tasks, document management, and research, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
- Management oflegal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare and monitor accurate payment of solicitors.
- Carry out other administrative assignments that can be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:
- OND / HND with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Proximity to Oshodi/Isolo
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Smart and attentive to details
- This is a fully onsite role.
