Job Details:

  • We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our legal team.
  • The successful candidate will assist lawyers with administrative tasks, document management, and research, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department
  • Management oflegal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Prepare and monitor accurate payment of solicitors.
  • Carry out other administrative assignments that can be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • OND / HND with 1 – 2 years work experience.
