Job Details:
The Admin Intern supports the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The admin intern will support with maintaining records, managing correspondence, supporting HR and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, dispatch, courier coordination)
- Support HR functions such as staff documentation, filing, and updating employee records
- Support inventory/store management and proper record-keeping of items
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments when required
- Support facility management tasks and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
