As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the voice of Royal Rest, resolving customer inquiries and converting calls to sales through expert sleep advice. Top performers handle 70+ daily interactions with a 85% satisfaction rating.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement (60%)

  • Handle 50+ calls/day (inbound/outbound) via phone/WhatsApp
  • Diagnose sleep needs to recommend mattresses (e.g., “For your back pain, our Royal Ortho…”)
  • Convert 20% of service calls to sales.

Issue Resolution

  • Resolve complaints (delays, warranty claims) within 24hrs
  • Escalate complex cases using our internal system

Data & Compliance

  • Log 100% of interactions in CRM
  • Adhere to 8-second pickup time SLA

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years call centre experience (sales/support)
  • Tech proficiency: CRM tools, Google Suite
  • Typing speed: 35wpm+

Preferred candidate:

  • Background in retail/furniture sales
  • Multilingual (Yoruba/Pidgin for local customers)
  • Being active on social media with a positive handle is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to ₦30,000/month

Job Details:

As an In-Store Brand Representative, you will be the face of the client business, engaging customers, driving sales, and educating shoppers on our sleep solutions. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming in-store experience, demonstrating product benefits, and ensuring customers leave with the perfect mattress for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features (e.g., orthopedic support, cooling technology).
  • Guide customers through the selection process based on their sleep preferences and budget.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.

Product Knowledge & Education

  • Master detailed knowledge of mattress collections (e.g., Royal Ortho, Memory Foam, Luxury Series).
  • Explain sleep health benefits (e.g., pressure relief, spinal alignment) to customers.
  • Stay updated on promotions, financing options, and warranty policies.

Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory checks and report stock shortages.
  • Process sales transactions and follow up with leads via phone/email.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed.
  • Collect feedback to share with the marketing and product teams.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Minimum OND/HND in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in retail sales (furniture, mattresses, or appliances preferred).

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and active listening.
  • Persuasive selling techniques without being pushy.
  • Basic tech proficiency (POS systems, CRM tools).
