Job Details:
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused NYSC Intern to join our Customer Service Team.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirement:
- Currently serving in the NYSC program (preferably Lagos-based with proximity to Ikoyi Lagos).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools (an added advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Solve customer and courier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.

- Must have good communication skills
