Job Details:
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers by handling inquiries, confirming orders, and resolving complaints. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are patient, responsible, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required,recent college graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Work with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product listings as needed.
