Job Details:

  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquires regarding products, services, billing and other related issues.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handling customer complaints or service issues professionally and empathetically.
  • Following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the Workspace is clean, organized and that promotional materials are up-to-date and well displayed.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and progress.  
  • Following up with customers to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling services to meet customer needs.                   
  • Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products and company policies.
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND 

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Job Details:

  • To lead and direct forecasting and budgeting of the company’s business and financial performance.
  • To lead and direct financial consolidation and reporting of the company’s performance.
  • To lead and direct Revenue reconciliation with other operators.
  • Ensure accurate revenue reporting by checking integrity of data from data warehouse and other data source systems.
  • Analyze revenue report and follow the revenue trends.
  • Review billing reports of the prior month to ensure which data to reprocess and escalate unsolved cases to Revenue Assurance.
  • Conduct monthly data reconciliation between different data source system and follow the material difference till it’s solved if exists.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and payments to resellers and brand partners.
  • Ensure efficient optimization of databases/systems and prompt resolution of all reconciling items.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators in order to meet all month end reporting deadlines.

Job Requirement:

  • A First Degree (BSc. or HND) in Accounting/Finance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of working experience including:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in finance department.
  • Experience in using word, excel, and power-point
  • Experience in banking/fintech industry is an added advantage.
  • Telecoms experience would be an added advantage.
