Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency.
