Job Details:

  • Our client in the lifestyle and hospitality industry is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively and professionally.
  • Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure seamless coordination and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized service area in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency.
