Job Details:
- We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale our email channel.
- You’ll be responsible for driving sales, nurturing our community, and supporting our product launches — all through clean, conversion-focused email marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Manage our Klaviyo email account, flows, segments, and campaigns
- Plan, design, and send weekly email campaigns aligned with our brand calendar
- Monitor and improve performance: open rates, click rates, revenue per email
- Create and test A/B subject lines, content blocks, CTAs
- Build and optimise automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback
- Collaborate on launches and promos to ensure timely email support
- Repurpose content from social for email in a clean, family-friendly tone
- Prepare weekly reports and insights on email performance.
Job Requirement:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 2 years experience.
- Has proven sales email experience and a portfolio of high-performing email campaigns. Klaviyo is a nice to have
- Can write engaging, clean, and on-brand copy (bonus if you’ve worked with beauty brands)
- Understands ecommerce funnels and customer journey touchpoints
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and hit performance targets
- Bonus: Canva or design tool skills to create beautiful emails.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
