Training Officer

Job Details:

The L&D Officer plays a key role in delivering learning initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and providing effective logistical and administrative support for training programmers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Prepare and dispatch training invitations to participants of approved programmers.
  • Obtain statutory approvals from Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for approved programmers.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of all training documents and activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly training activity reports to the L&D Manager.
  • Provide logistical support for effective delivery of approved training programmers.
  • Maintain proper attendance and conduct end-of-training assessments for all programmes.
  • Prepare cost implications for training activities involving travel.
  • Process vendor payments for training-related services.
  • Upload and process all scheduled training programmers on SharePoint for management approval.
  • Record staff training data in the training monitor template.
  • Process annual ITF reimbursement filing with the ITF consultant.
  • Support the implementation of the company’s e-learning strategy.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the L&D Manager or senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education, IT, Psychology, Statistics, Business Management, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training (e.g. in Health & Safety, IT, Technical, and Management Development).

Job Details:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical interface between the Executive and the rest of the organization, external partners, government officials, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations of the Executive’s office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Information Management and Reporting

Travel and Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including logistics, accommodation, and protocol arrangements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
