Job Details:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the Executive.
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar planning, and travel arrangements (local and international).
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other confidential documents.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and strategic engagements.
- Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain filing systems and handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the executive.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
- Assist with personal logistics and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience supporting C-Level Executives or similar high-ranking professionals.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a PLUS
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced corporate environment is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- A mature, composed, and confident professional with strong executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or travel.
- The role may be more suited to a male candidate in order to foster team balance and representation, although all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
