How to Check JAMB Mock Result 2025 | 115,735 Result Release

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board released the results of the 2025 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination held on Thursday, 10 April.

According to JAMB, a total of 200,113 candidates registered for the 2025 Mock UTME conducted on April 10, but only 126,181 sat for the exam. Of these, 115,735 results have been released, while 10,446 are still being processed.

Follow These Steps to Check Your Mock Result by SMS

1. Use your mobile phone to send a short message.
2. Type MOCK RESULT or MOCKRESULT in capital letters.
3. Send the message to 55019 or 66019.
4. Make sure the phone number you use is the one linked to your JAMB profile.
5. Keep at least ₦50 airtime on your phone before sending.
6. Wait for a reply message that shows your result.

What to do if You Face Problems with the SMS Process

Sometimes, the message may not go through or no result is returned.

Here are some things to do:

• Check if the phone number used is the same as the one registered with your JAMB account.
• Make sure your phone has enough credit balance.
• If still not working, contact JAMB for help.

2025 JAMB Mock Exam Statistics

JAMB gave a full breakdown of the mock exam numbers.

• 200,115 candidates first showed interest in taking part.
• 2 candidates later backed out, leaving 200,113 registered candidates.
• On the exam day, 73,844 were absent.
• 88 candidates could not pass the biometric screening.
• 126,181 candidates sat for the mock exam successfully.

From the number who sat for the exam:

• 115,735 results are now ready and available.
• 10,446 results are still being processed and will be released when ready.

Advice for Jamb Students

The mock test gave you a preview of what to expect in the main UTME, showing the question patterns and testing your speed in answering them. It helped assess your preparation level and identify areas needing more effort.

While the mock result doesn’t count toward your actual UTME score, it’s a useful tool for planning your final study strategy. However, performing well in the mock doesn’t guarantee the same outcome in the main exam, you must continue studying, practicing, and staying focused until the UTME is over.
