Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, is now accepting applications for its 2025/2026 Pre-Degree Science Programme. This programme helps prepare candidates for direct entry into various degree courses.

Documents Required for LAUTECH Pre-Degree Form:
Every applicant must provide the following:
- A completed application form
- Copy of your O-level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or IGCSE)
Eligibility Requirements for LAUTECH Pre-Degree Form:
To be eligible, you must:
- Have at least five O’Level credits in relevant subjects
- Acceptable exams include WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB
- No more than two sittings allowed
Subjects accepted include English, Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Agric, Economics, Accounting, Government, Literature, Yoruba, CRS/IRS and others.
Application Fee:
You will pay a ₦15,000 application fee for the LAUTECH Pre-Degree Form for the 2025/2026 Admission.
Entrace Exam Date:
The entrance test is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 9:00 am, and will be held at the new ICT complex on campus. It will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Programme Duration:
The pre-degree runs for six months, followed by a three-month compulsory ICT course. It’s an intensive programme, so come ready to focus.

How to Apply for LAUTECH Pre-Degree Form:
To apply for LAUTECH Pre-Degree Form for 2025/2026 Admission Session, follow these steps:
- Visit the LAUTECH Pre-Degree portal
- Pay ₦15,000 using an Interswitch-enabled debit card
- Fill out the online form carefully
- Submit and print your Acknowledgement Slip with your passport photo
Incomplete forms won’t be considered, so double-check before submitting.
Important Notice:
Admission into 100 level is not automatic. It depends on:
- Your performance in the pre-degree
- Available slots in your chosen course
- Participation in the ICT programme
- Meeting the 2026 UTME cut-off set by the school
So yes, you’ll still need to sit the 2026 UTME and do well.
