Job Details:

  • As a Front Desk Officer (NYSC) at Beaconhill Smile Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. 
  • Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient patient reception, schedule appointments, support clinic staff, and maintain smooth front desk operations. 
  • This role is ideal for an NYSC member seeking to gain valuable experience in healthcare administration and patient care support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and courteous atmosphere.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s software system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and administrative support as required by the admin team.
  • Communicate effectively with dental staff regarding patient flow and appointment timing.
  • Manage billing coordination and follow-up on pending payments, in line with clinic protocols.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline (preferably in social sciences, humanities, or administration-related field)
  • Must be a current NYSC Corps Member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a warm, courteous personality
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Desirable Traits:

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in healthcare or hospitality is an added advantage

Job Details:

  • As a Marketing Intern (NYSC) at Beaconhill Smile Clinic, you will play a key role in promoting the clinic’s brand, services, and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. 
  • You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to execute marketing initiatives, build community engagement, and increase brand visibility across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies to increase patient visits.
  • Conduct field marketing activities (e.g., distributing flyers, engaging local businesses, organizing activation events).
  • Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage the online community.
  • Support in generating leads and following up on inquiries to convert them into appointments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, schools, and corporate organizations.
  • Participate in local health fairs, community events, and partnership activations.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing data (e.g., campaign effectiveness, market trends).
  • Represent Beaconhill Smile Clinic professionally during external engagements.

Job Requirement:

  • Must be a current NYSC member (seeking PPA or currently posted to Lagos or specified location).
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for marketing, communications, and healthcare promotion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and good at interpersonal engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva or simple design tools is an advantage.
  • Social media savvy and familiar with brand engagement strategies.
