Job Details:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Intern to join our HR team for a 12-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will be involved in a range of tasks, including:

  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Providing administrative support for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and files.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Preparing HR reports and documentation.

Job Requirement:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Must be currently enrolled in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a remaining service period of 1 year.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
