Job Details:

We are looking for an NYSC HR Intern to join our People Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while developing key workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist with HR documentation and filing.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently serving (NYSC) in Lagos.
  • Resides in or near Ketu, Ojota, Maryland, or Ikeja.
  • Interest in Human Resources and People Management.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
