Job Details:
We are looking to hire NYSC Members (In need of a PPA) who are dedicated, smart, and enthusiastic individuals to join their team.
Candidates who are tech/internet savvy and eager to learn.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain practical experience in multiple aspects of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management
- Manage and curate content for the company\’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, including job ads, to boost the company\’s online presence.
- Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Content Research and Creation
- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer to develop visually captivating content for various projects and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify relevant topics and content ideas for our social media pages.
- Team Collaboration; Recruitment/Talent Search Assistance
- Participate in team activities and projects, providing valuable support and insights.
- Support our HR and recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.
Email Management
Professionally manage company email communications by responding to client inquiries and sending out emails as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Currently posted to Lagos for NYSC currently in need of a PPA
- Proximity to Lekki phase 1 is a must.
- Exceptional tech/internet-savviness and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
