Job Details:
- We are seeking a passionate and responsible Medical Doctor currently undergoing NYSC to join our medical team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clinical operations, claims review, case management, and member care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical claims and ensure compliance with standard medical practices.
- Support the medical team in managing enrollees’ health concerns and referrals.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance processes.
- Provide medical opinions on pre-authorizations and case reviews.
- Assist in managing provider relationships and monitoring service quality.
- Respond to medical inquiries from clients and providers.
Job Requirement:
- MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must be currently serving or about to be deployed for NYSC.
- Valid MDCN license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in health insurance or managed care is an added advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn.
