Apply for 2025/2026 Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Post UTME/DE Form!
Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are now being accepted for candidates who chose OOU as their first choice in UTME.
Admission is through the UTME, and only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for admission.
OOU Post UTME/DE Form Summarize:
- Admission Year: 2025/2026 session
- Jamb Requirement: 160+
- Programme: Post UTME
- Application Fee: ₦2,000
- Application Mode: Online via OOU portal
Documents Required for OOU Post UTME/DE Form:
Every applicant must provide the following:
- A completed application form
- Copy of your O-level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or IGCSE)
- JAMB result slip (with at least 160 score)

Eligibility Requirements for OOU Post UTME/DE Form:
To qualify for the OOU Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission, you must:
- You chose OOU and scored at least 160 in the 2025 UTME.
- You didn’t choose OOU but scored 160 or more, and you’re ready to switch OOU to first choice on JAMB. You must do this before you start registration.
- You’ve uploaded your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS.
- You’re a foreign applicant or have a disability. These two groups don’t need to sit for the screening test.
For Direct Entry Applicants
You’re eligible if:
- You hold A’ Level, OND, HND, NCE, JUPEB, or a first degree, and have applied for Direct Entry to OOU through JAMB.
- You finished with a Diploma from OOU and have also applied through JAMB with your full documents.
- You hold a Diploma from another school, have at least an Upper Credit, and have applied for Direct Entry admission to OOU through JAMB.
Application Fee:
You will pay a ₦2,000 application fee for the OOU Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission.
Screening Details:
When attending the OOU screening test, please come prepared with the following items:
- Your Screening Pass
- JAMB UTME result slip
- Your test date and time will be written on the pass.
- Venue is the Main Campus in Ago-Iwoye.
The test will be computer-based (CBT). Keep checking the university site for updates on your exam day.
How to Apply for OOU Post UTME/DE Form:
To apply for OOU Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission, follow these steps:
Step 1: Payment
- You’ll pay ₦2,000 for the screening and admin charges.
- Go to the OOU PUTME application portal.
- Create your profile, make payment online, and use your correct UTME number. A wrong profile or number means your application is gone.
Step 2: Registration
- Stay on the same portal.
- Fill out the form online.
- One week before the screening, print your OOU Screening Pass.
