Job Details:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and decent Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
  • As our receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, and managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Guest Management:

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, regulators, and contractors in a professional manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, representing the company professionally.
  • Ensure visitors sign in/out and are directed to the appropriate department.

Communication Handling:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Relay messages promptly to the appropriate staff.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain front desk records (visitor log, courier log, etc.).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
  • Provide clerical support (typing, photocopying, scanning, filing).

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation.
  • Support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Customer Service & Representation:

  • Handle basic client inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate team.

Facility & Office Support:

  • Ensure the reception area and front desk are neat, welcoming, and presentable.
  • Support administrative team withlogistics coordination when necessary

Job Requirement

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Gender – Female.
