As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Remote Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic priorities.

Role Overview

The Remote Personal Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and business activities run smoothly. This position requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Assist with research, reports, and presentation preparation
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, travel arrangements, and events when required
  • Organize documents, files, and business records
  • Liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency

Job Requirement:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
