As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Remote Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic priorities.
Role Overview
The Remote Personal Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and business activities run smoothly. This position requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications
- Assist with research, reports, and presentation preparation
- Coordinate virtual meetings, travel arrangements, and events when required
- Organize documents, files, and business records
- Liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency

Job Requirement:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
