TotalEnergies National Merit Scholarship Details:
The TotalEnergies National Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMSS) is one of the oil company’s corporate social responsibilities for deserving Nigerian undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The TotalEnergies Merit Scholarship is awarded as an annual grant for first and second-year undergraduates as an educational intervention by the company to support Nigerian students.
Since its inception in 2003, the NNPC TotalEnergies Scholarship Scheme has benefitted more than 39,000 students enrolled in Nigerian tertiary institutions.
TotalEnergies National Merit Scholarship Requirement:
To be considered for the TotalEnergies National Scholarship 2025, you must:
- Be a first (100L) or second-year (200L) student of a Nigerian NUC-accredited university.
- Be enrolled as a full-time student of your institution.
- Have scored at least 200 in the last UTME
- Possess a minimum of 2.5 CGPA in a 5.0 grade system.
- Students who are current beneficiaries of similar scholarships from an entity in the oil and gas industry are not eligible.
TotalEnergies National Merit Scholarship Rewards:
Selected candidates are awarded up to ₦200,000 per year to cover the costs of tuition and living expenses till the end of their program.

How to Apply for TotalEnergies National Merit Scholarship
To apply for the Bode Amao Foundation Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should;

- Click “APPLY for NMSS” and proceed to create an account.
- Verify your account and fill out the personal details required.
- Upload the required documents and submit your application by July 1st, 2025.
