TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program is a graduate program that provides the technical, scientific and digital expertise needed to design TotalEnergies’ development projects.
OneTech also drives the Company’s technological ambition and delivers on digital to make the best use of our industrial assets.
OneTech hires, trains and prepares people in the technical know-how necessary for the delivery of our ambition for the benefit and direct transfer to the Company businesses, subsidiaries and insustrial sites.
You will start on November 2, 2026, be hired under a permanent contract (CDI), and join the OneTech branch to integrate TotalEnergies and prepared to work in TotalEnergies businesses in countries across the world, working on-site, in subsidiaries, or at industrial facilities.
After a two-week onboarding period at the Paris headquarters and the Technical and Scientific Center in Pau, you will join your team.

TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program Requirement:
To be eligible for the 2026 TotalEnergies OneTech Graduate Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- You hold a recent Master’s degree (MSc) or an engineering degree (equivalent to 5 years of higher education).
- Your academic background includes geosciences, operations, drilling, maintenance and inspection, or process engineering.
- You have a strong interest in digital technologies and data.
- You are interested in technical professions: you enjoy problem-solving, and your curiosity and open-mindedness enable you to take initiative.
- You are able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- You are able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- You can communicate in professional English, and you understand French or are motivated to learn it quickly.
- You are eager to develop an international career in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas quickly and will pursue your career abroad after this first year in France.
