To qualify for admission into University of Lagos (UNILAG), candidates must meet the following criteria:

UNILAG Post UTME Exam Format
The FUNAAB Post UTME Exam Format is designed to evaluate candidates’ knowledge and readiness for undergraduate studies. The exam is conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), where candidates answer 40 questions in 30 minutes, with 15 questions each for Use of English and Mathematics, and 10 questions for General Paper.

How UNILAG Calculates Aggregate Score
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) calculates the aggregate score by combining the scores from the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), O’Level exams, and the Post-UTME. The UTME score is divided by 8, with a maximum of 50 points available. O’Level grades are converted into points, contributing up to 20 points, Post-UTME maximum score is 30 points. The total aggregate score is the sum of these three components, with a total score of 100 points.
Your total admission score is calculated using:
- O’Level Composite Percentage – 20 Point
- UTME Composite Percentage (Your JAMB score ÷ 8) – 50 Point
- Post UTME Composite Percentage (Your Post UTME score × 0.3) – 30 Point
Note: You must score at least 200 in the Post UTME to qualify for the composite score calculation.
