Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are now being accepted for candidates who chose UNIZIK as their first choice and scored 160 or above in the 2025 UTME
Admission is through the UTME, and only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for admission.

Documents Required for UNIZIK Post-UTME/DE Form:
Every applicant must provide the following:
- A completed application form
- Copy of your O-level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or IGCSE)
- JAMB result slip (with at least 150 score)
Eligibility Requirements for UNIZIK Post-UTME/DE Form:
To qualify for the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2025 Admission, you must:
- Score at least 150 in the 2025 UTME and choose UNIZIK or one of its affiliate schools as first choice
- Or, if you didn’t originally choose UNIZIK but meet the cut-off, you can apply after visiting a JAMB CBT centre to change your school
- Have five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, earned from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, with no more than two sittings.
For Direct Entry:
In addition to the UTME steps, DE candidates must:
- Hold an OND, HND, A’Level or First Degree
- Upload all relevant documents on the portal
- Send their transcripts to the Registrar
- Submit hard copies to the Admissions Office on or before 16 August

If your UTME subject combo doesn’t fit your original course, you’ll have to change to a course you’re eligible for before you register.
How to Apply for UNIZIK Post-UTME/DE Form:
To apply for Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2025 Admission, follow these steps:
- Go to the UNIZIK application portal
- Enter your JAMB reg number, LGA, and UTME subjects
- Fill in your email, phone number, date of birth, and password
- Confirm your email with the code sent
- Log in with your details
- Upload your O’Level results
- Pay ₦2,000 online or at the bank
- Submit your form
- Check your email for confirmation
