Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in sales management is a significant advantage and will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in sales management tasks, including client communication, sales tracking, and report generation.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by executives.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in sales management or related field is an added advantage.
