The Wema Bank/ EDC Mastercard Transforming Nigerian Youth program aims to create a network of entrepreneurial and managerial change-makers specifically youths and women across the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Nigeria.
Through a combination of enterprise training, access to grants, market access support, and personalized mentoring, participants will be equipped with tools and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive business landscape.
This program is brought to Nigeria by Wema Bank in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, and Mastercard Foundation.

Wema Bank Transforming Nigerian Youth Program Details:
SARA BY WEMA, in collaboration with Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), and MasterCard Foundation proudly presents a transformative initiative aimed at equipping Nigerian youths, especially female entrepreneurs, with essential entrepreneurial and managerial skills.
This scheme is to transform the mindset of youths in Nigeria to become more entrepreneurial, and to equip them to be self-employed or job creators. To create market access and provide support services to existing business owners, especially those being run by young people and change the way learning or information is received in Nigeria.
Wema Bank Transforming Nigerian Youth Program Requirement:
- To be considered for the Wema Bank/ EDC Mastercard Transforming Nigerian Youth program, you must:
- Be a young entrepreneur between the Age of 18-35.
- Live in Nigeria.
- Be a woman entrepreneur, across various sectors of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
