WTO Young Professionals Program Requirement:

To be considered for the WTO Young Professionals Program, you must:

  • Have completed an advanced university degree in economics, econometrics, international relations, law, environment studies, or other trade-related subjects relevant to the work of the WTO.
  • Have a general knowledge of the work of the WTO.
  • Possess technical knowledge in one or more of the areas of work indicated above.
  • Have good drafting skills in English. Ability to draft in French and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, in a multicultural environment.
  • Have demonstrated a strong interest in international trade and the multilateral trading system.
  • Express commitment and passion for trade or WTO-related work.
  • Be up to the age of 32 years, as of 1 January 2026
  • Be fluent in English. A good working knowledge of either French or Spanish would be an advantage.

Job Details:

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support/Admin Assistant for our client. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to employees, maintain office systems, and assist in administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of both IT and office administration. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and assist with day-to-day office administrative functions, helping to maintain efficient operations

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Responsible to contact the network operator to solve the network problem.
  • General Office Support to Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and office organization to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Provide support to the office and handling other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Vehicle management (drivers, maintenance, expenses, etc.)
  • The interface person of the company, handling employees’ issues.
  • Good communication skills and cross-departmental coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with common office software and IT systems (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, network management, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of network administration.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years working experience of IT support or admin assistant or other related working experience.

Salary: ₦300,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
